A lot of the items had half off prices which was not true for all the stores we shopped at in the outlets. The service was great. A staff member introduced themselves and offered help a few minutes after our arrival.

Huge store. The Red Tag wall is best, got some deeply discounted Originals and Ultraboosts. I wish the store in Vacaville was half this good.

Each time I visit Gilroy, I always stop by here. They have great discounts and a fairly decent variety of shoes and clothes all at good prices. The staff is also very helpful and we're very patient with my questions

The floor service people are so helpful but the product of their tennis shoes did not fit well inside my feet , my feet hurt when I wear it on the tennis court. I will bring these two pairs back to the store and I hope the store manager will help me for a refund.

I recently visited the Adidas Outlet in Gilroy, and I must say, it exceeded my expectations! This Adidas location truly lives up to the "outlet" experience with fantastic prices that can't be beaten. From the moment I walked in, I was welcomed by the friendly atmosphere and the warm smiles of the staff. Bradley, Daniel, Mike, Joel, Vanessa, and the entire team were incredibly helpful and attentive. Their enthusiasm for the brand and dedication to customer service genuinely made my shopping experience enjoyable. I wish I could mention more names, but with so many friendly faces, I simply haven't had enough interactions to learn everyone’s names! The store itself was well-organized, making it easy to find exactly what I was looking for. Plus, the selection was impressive, featuring a great variety of activewear and footwear for all ages. With outlet prices that offer significant savings, I found some amazing deals! If you're in the area, I highly recommend stopping by the Adidas Outlet in Gilroy.
